YES, Life Happens! However........ If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, you may reschedule your session and the non refundable retainer fee shall be applied to a mutually agreed reschedule date. However, we require that you let us know at least 48 hours’ in advance of your scheduled session. Should you fail to give a 48 hour notice your retainer fee will be forfeited and a new retainer fee must be paid in order to reschedule/rebook. Reschedules must be within 2 months of the same calendar year from your cancelled session date or retainer fee will be forfeited. The Photographer has the right to deny, reschedule, or rebook if the client fails to show up or cancels two sessions. Any rescheduling request submitted outside the 48 hour time frame will require a new retainer fee. Should the client decide to completely cancel the session, the retainer fee is forfeited and will not be refunded.

YES! Additional images can be purchased pricing varies depending on the type of session.

Images take approximately 7-11 business days from when client selects images to be retouched(does not include weekends). Turn around time may vary for unlimited looks and/or additional retouched images outside of the package.

YES! However, the studio has minimal props. If you would like certain props in your photo shoot feel free to bring them. All helium number and helium latex balloons are provided by the client. If we are creating a set design the photographer will then provide special props and that will be additional cost. Pricing varies

After 1 months, all images will be deleted from the online gallery. It is your responsibility to make sure that the digital images are downloaded and saved.

YES! All final retouched images come with unlimited printing rights. You can print your images from a printing company of your choice(PRINTS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SERVICE COST). Print Release available upon request.

YES! All clients have to sign a contract.

Yes! We can recommend you MUA's that we work with. While it is totally up to you in regards to choosing a makeup artist, I HIGHLY recommend all clients consult a professional makeup artist(When makeup isn't properly applied it can possibly affect the outcome of your appearance).

No! Unedited/raw images are not included with your package. You will only receive the number of images listed under the package unless you purchased additional images.

Any Client that is late arriving to the session will have a late fee added to the remaining balance and the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session. However, if available the client may purchase additional time (option not always available).

No! When making your non refundable retainer fee, please make sure you are ready. Once a retainer is made, your session is booked and secured for that time and date. I then deny ALL potential clients for that day and time.
